2023 Golf Outing Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Chamber Member,
Hello summer and welcome golf! We are pleased to announce our golf outing will be back in full swing this year and plans are underway! This is the Chamber’s largest fund-raising program of the year and your consideration of participating in the event (registration information enclosed), and sponsorship requests for it, are greatly appreciated!
The outing will be held on Tuesday, August 22nd, 2023 at Little River Country Club in Marinette. Listed below are a number of sponsorship opportunities available for help in promoting your area business to fellow Chamber members. Your participation and sponsorship will not only make this a great event, but will also be supporting the many programs and services the Chamber offers throughout the year. Thank you!
Sponsorship opportunities include:
VIP Golf Packages - $590.00 (before August 1st, 2023) (limited) includes: Hole Sponsorship, Golf foursome, Cart rental for team, and Team entry into 3 games, Mulligans, “Bet I Can” and Cellcom Colored Ball. *Please note, package cannot be altered and pricing applies to package option only. If you register to be an on-course event sponsor, please add an additional $30 to the VIP package price.
Beverage Cart Sponsor - $500 (2 available, one for each cart) – Each golfer will be given drink tickets good for a free drink from the beverage cart. Your company name and logo will be on the drink tickets and on drink cart sign. You’ll also receive: Recognition in the program, Recognition at the dinner, Special mention in our e-mail tip sheet, and Inclusion on our Web site listing. Optional - have a company representative on the drink cart!
Winning Teams Sponsor - $500 Help us to congratulate and award our winning teams - Low Gross, Peoria, and Women’s Team! You’ll receive: Recognition at the event on August 22nd, Recognition in the program, Recognition at the dinner, Special mention in our e-mail tip sheet, and Inclusion on our Web site listing.
Skill Prizes Sponsor - $250 You’ll receive: Recognition at the event on August 22nd, Recognition in the program, Recognition at the dinner, Special mention in our e-mail tip sheet, and Inclusion on our Web site listing.
On-course Event Sponsors - $180 each (limited) - You’ll receive: Recognition at the hole or event on August 22nd, Recognition in the program, Recognition at the dinner, Special mention in our e-mail tip sheet, and Inclusion on our Web site listing. Company representatives will be allowed at on-course stations for item give-a-ways, games, putting contests, etc. (Please note, if company reps will be staying for dinner, they must register separately for that.)
Hole Sponsors - $150 each - You’ll receive: Recognition at the hole or event on August 22nd, Recognition in the program, Recognition at the dinner, Special mention in our e-mail tip sheet, and Inclusion on our Web site listing
Door/Raffle Prize Donations - You’ll receive: Recognition the day of the outing, Recognition on Chamber Web site and e-mail tip sheet
