Johnson Controls Donates $5,000 to United Way COVID-19 Relief Fund(Marinette, WI) – June 1, 2020 - The Tri-County United Way COVID-19 Relief Fund was launched on April 14th, 2020, to help ensure individuals, children and families in need are supported during this pandemic. Tri-County United Way and a coalition of partners are working with the human services sector to identify these immediate needs and make emergency funds available to organizations working directly with vulnerable populations. Tri-County United Way serves Marinette & Oconto Counties in Wisconsin and Menominee County in Michigan.
Tri-County United Way is grateful for the support and partnership with Johnson Controls for donating $5,000 to our COVID-19 Relief Fund. Adam Menor, the Director of Portables Products at Johnson Controls and Vice President on Tri-County United Way’s Board of Directors, said, “Johnson Controls is committed to the communities that we serve. We are witnessing first-hand the impact COVID-19 is having on the residents of the tri-county area and feel compelled to help. We selected the Tri-County United Way’s COVID-19 Relief Fund for this $5,000 contribution to ensure the funds are quickly disbursed to agencies throughout the tri-county area that are being disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.”
